Scholarly Publishing Roundtable: A Status Report

In early summer 2009, The U. S. House of Representatives' Committee on Science and Technology convened a Scholarly Publishing Roundtable which includes representatives from university, library, publisher and research communities. They are charged with seeking consensus on feasible and effective ways to expand access to and preservation for federally funded research information.
